Complimentary Yoga

Slow down and practice the tools of yoga with complimentary CoreHATHA classes for our resort guests every Tuesday morning from 8am - 9am.

Classes will be held at Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa with mats provided and will be facilitated by Jen Hamilton, owner and director of Core Life YogaFollowed by 50% off buffet breakfast in Temple of Tastes.

Non-resort guests and locals are also welcome to book a class here.

All CoreHATHA classes are beginner friendly, all levels welcome. A session includes meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise) and asana (poses) which will empower you to thrive off the mat. You will increase mobility, flexibility, overall strength as well as core strength for stability. You will build an awareness of body and mind, connecting both aspects of yourself for an enriched well-being. Each class has its own intention and theme to explore, so that you can cultivate the many benefits of yoga in your practice and in your life.

Jen’s classes continue to evolve with over more than 25 years of practicing and teaching yoga. Jen’s playful personality, intuition and focused intelligence brings depth, clarity and vitality to her classes. You will be taken on a  joyous journey into yourself through the union of breath, mind and body to establish mental and physical ease and stability. Jen’ classes are guided by her ability to combine anatomical focus with the freedom for individual expression. Jen has a warm and approachable style of facilitating that encourages self-inquiry through curiosity, courage through vulnerability, playfulness and creativity through movement.
