Only five minutes south of Palm Cove, Clifton Beach is a palm-tree-lined, quiet and unspoilt stretch of sand that has been voted Australia’s cleanest beach and Queensland’s friendliest. The beach is not only suited to morning or sunset strolls either, but with one of the few beaches netted year-round, it is also ideal if you’re wanting to take a dip.
